Why We Started OptiPhoenix
OptiPhoenix was born from the inside of the experimentation ecosystem.
While working at VWO, a leading A/B testing platform, we spent years engaging with CRO leaders across industries. A consistent pattern emerged: even mature organizations struggled to run experimentation the way it should be run.
Testing existed. Learning did not.
Experiments were executed, but insights were lost. Tools were deployed, but systems were missing.
OptiPhoenix was created to close this gap. Our mission was clear from the start: build world-class experimentation capability in India, grounded in strong engineering, clean data, and disciplined problem-solving.
