LOUIS PHILIPPE × OPTIPHOENIX: QUICK FILTERS ON THE PRODUCT LISTING PAGE DROVE A 15.15% CONVERSION RATE UPLIFT

Allen Solly is one of the brands available through the ABFRL SuperApp, a unified fashion shopping platform that brings together brands including The Collective, Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Allen Solly, Peter England, Pantaloons, American Eagle, and Forever 21 into one shopping experience. On the Allen Solly website, users who left items in their cart received no reminder and no urgency cue. This increased the likelihood that they would abandon the purchase before checkout.
OptiPhoenix partnered with Allen Solly to test whether a timely reminder in the cart could bring those users back.
A shopper who adds a product to the cart has already shown intent. But intent fades when nothing prompts the next step.
The site gave these users no reason to return to the cart and no sign that the products might not stay available. So the gap sat between a shopper who had chosen a product and an experience that did nothing to help them finish the purchase.
OptiPhoenix proposed showing a popup to users with items in their cart. The popup would highlight limited product availability and include a clear “View Cart” CTA. This was expected to encourage users to return to their cart, complete their purchase, and lift the conversion rate.
OptiPhoenix ran a controlled A/B test across the Allen Solly website.
Variant A (Control): The original experience, with no reminder or urgency cue for users who had items in their cart.
Variant B (Test): A high-demand cart reminder popup for users with existing cart items. The popup displayed a message that items were in high demand. It also carried a prominent “View Cart” CTA for quick access to the cart.

Metrics measured: Conversion Rate, Revenue, and Orders.
On desktop, a short reminder at the right moment moved more shoppers to complete their purchase.

Desktop Conversion Rate rose 11.82%, reaching 99.73% statistical significance. Revenue rose 15.12% over the same test.
Mobile moved in the same direction but with less certainty. Mobile Conversion Rate rose 2.39% and Mobile Orders rose 2.98%, at 72.28% statistical significance.
Intent needs a prompt. Shoppers with items in the cart had already decided to consider the product. A simple reminder gave them a reason to act, instead of leaving the next step to chance.
Urgency works best when it is specific and brief. The popup carried one message about product demand and one clear action. That kept the path back to the cart short.
Read the two device results separately. The desktop result is statistically strong at 99.73%. The mobile result is directional at 72.28%, so a follow-up test would help confirm whether the same popup suits smaller screens.

Allen Solly‘s shoppers were not leaving because they lacked interest. They left because nothing nudged them back to the cart. By adding a high-demand reminder with a clear “View Cart” CTA, OptiPhoenix closed that gap. On desktop, Conversion Rate rose 11.82% and Revenue rose 15.12%.
